This creamy strawberry shake is a delicious way to start your morning.
The strawberries pack vitamin C & antioxidants, the banana adds potassium and fiber, maca powder will give you energy and help to balance hormones and bee pollen, when locally sourced, can help alleviate seasonal allergies.
Note: If you've never had bee pollen before, try one or two morsels first to make sure you're not allergic and work your way up to 1 teaspoon. I'm making it sound way scarier than it actually is... I have pollen allergies and it works wonders for me.
