Instead of doing my typical intro of 'This popcorn... blah blah blah', I'd like to quote my roommate instead:
"That was the best popcorn I've ever had..."
I'm not trying to sound cocky, it's just that my popcorn game has been on point lately and yours can be too... (Note: I am sarcastic a lot, as you will see in my posts. Also note - we don't eat a ton of corn or grains in our house, which is reflected in my recipes, but this makes a great treat).
Makes: One big bowl of popcorn to share among 4 or so people. Or hog it all to yourself.
What You'll Need:
- 4 tbsp organic coconut oil
- 1/2 cup organic popcorn kernels (use organic - corn is one of the most genetically modified crops in the U.S. It's so cheap to buy, there's no excuse!)
- 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 Tbsp everything bagel seasoning
- salt to taste
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
